Any delays caused by them will be communicated to you, and we’ll provide proof of ongoing communication with the courier for your reference. • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery details.
• Return Due to Incorrect Address: If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you to get the correct address for reshipping.
• Reshipping Charges: The cost for reshipping will be borne by the customer.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery partner cannot deliver the product after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, the shipping cost for both dispatch and return will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Shipped Orders Cannot be Canceled: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is only possible after the product is returned to our warehouse.
